Nick has spent more than 27 years in commercial real estate development and construction across multiple industries, including the life science and technology sectors. He began his career as a Consulting Engineer moving into corporate roles with Amgen as a Senior Capital Project Manager and Microsoft as Senior Development/Portfolio Manager.
