Charlie Laboda

Charlie Laboda leads the construction management team for Vulcan Real Estate’s multifamily projects. He provides oversite on the residential portfolio and has managed numerous complex development projects comprising more than 1,000 units in Seattle’s Yesler and Central Area neighborhoods.
Previous Experience
Charlie has more than 30 years of development and construction management experience in Seattle. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate, Charlie worked as a Development Manager for Investco/Tarragon LLC, and Harbor Properties.
