Parking
The garage is open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Entry to the garage is located off of 9th Avenue and Westlake Avenue. Retail parking is available on the north end of level P-4 in the garage. There are also 30 minute parking stalls available on the Plaza level. Whole Foods customer parking is located on levels P-5 and P-6 of the parking facility. Retailers can provide up to 90 minutes in parking validation. Regular parking rates will apply if validation is not obtained. If the 90-minute validation period is exceeded, the validation rate schedule will apply and customer will be charged at that rate.
