Welcome to the SBRI Building! Developed by joint venture partners Vulcan, SBRI (Seattle Biomedical Research Institute), and Harbor Properties, the 112,000 square foot SBRI Building is a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly, five-story biomedical research and office facility with ground-level retail. SBRI's design was conceived with sustainability and environmental awareness in mind.
Home to nearly 200 researchers and other employees, SBRI is the largest nonprofit research institute in the U.S. that focuses solely on infectious disease research. The building's second largest tenant, Children's Hospital, conducts research into diseases and immunologic conditions affecting children.
