- Renovation of a 4-story, 105,000 SF building
- First phase of a new hub for UW researchers that could total more than 800,000 square feet
- Completed new fit-out of 70,000 square feet of biomedical research lab space
- UW Researchers will focus on muscle development, diseases and tissue repair of the cardiovascular system and novel therapeutics and interventions of women's cancers (breast, ovarian, endometrial and cervical)
